I'm currently leading a product design strategy that aims to reduce time to value and boost Net Revenue Retention by identifying opportunities to improve onboarding and user experience. Some of these initiatives include conceptualizing an onboarding checklist, redesigning first-touch experiences in the app, simplifying the number creation process, and running A/B tests.
